Diane graduated from the Wisconsin school of Massage Therapy and is certified through the state of Wisconsin. Her goal is to assist individuals in achieving their overall health and well-being goals through massage therapy. She has experience in lymphedema, prenatal, hot stone, deep tissue, chair and light touch massage. She also worked in a hospice setting with elderly clients. In addition Diane has great success with individuals with sports related injuries, assuring that their recovery is full and successful. Her massage technique integrates soft tissue, trigger point, and relaxation while also being mindful of the needs of each individual. Outside of the massage world, Diane is married with four daughters and three dogs. She enjoys many different genres of music and traveling to warmer climates, preferably with beaches.

Kristel is a Holistic Occupational Therapist. She incorporates complementary and alternative approaches form her specialized training to help people achieve wellness. Her training includes the Upledger method of CranioSacral Therapy, Barnes method of Myofasical Release, Power Breath Yoga, and Reiki. She also has training and clinic experience in complete decongestive therapy (lymphatic massage) and cancer rehab. Her approaches use a gentle touch to enable the body to self heal. Kristel was born and raised in Madison, WI. She has lived and worked as an occupational therapist in Colorado, Oregon, Illinois, and Wisconsin in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and outpatient therapy settings. It was when she moved back to Wisconsin that she was able to break away from standardized health care and offer an individualized and holistic approach through private practice. She is happy to be apart of the Chiropractic and Wellness team to help promote health and wellness in the community of Pewaukee. On her free time, Kristel enjoys spending time with her husband and son, hiking, biking, and being outside whenever possible.
