Alecia is a Holistic Nutritionist that has joined our team! She is passionate about treating the body as a whole so you are able to reach your optimal health. Her focus has always been to help clients with whatever concerns they may have including, but not limited to, weight loss, identifying food sensitivities, and improving nutrition through meal plans, counseling, and advice.
In 2020, she graduated from Bauman College with a certification in Holistic Nutrition and received degrees in both Business Management and Hospitality from Olivet Nazarene University.
Alecia's goal is to treat not only the physical side of health through nutrition and diet, but also the mental side of health, which is why she found a love and passion for yoga! She is also a certified RYT who focuses on therapeutic methods along with practices that challenge both body and mind.
