Chrysta has been a massage therapist since 2011 and loves making a difference in peoples lives. She has a range of experience and likes to blend techniques to best suit the needs and goals of her clients. She is trained to perform Swedish relaxation, deep tissue techniques, sports massage, prenatal massage, active and passive stretching techniques, quadratus lumborum release, subscapularis release and trigger point release just to name a few.
Chrysta also loves wildlife and the outdoors. She graduated with majors in biology and in conservation in 2018. She is currently learning how to become a wildlife rehabilitator and hopes to expand in that new career field while still growing as a massage therapist.

Saturday: Welcome to the Weekend Yoga 8:30-9:30 a.m.
Sunday: Candlelight Yoga 6-7 p.m.
