Kate has been practicing yoga for 21 years. After completing a yoga teacher training program, she began teaching in 2001. As a certified yoga teacher she is completely inspired by the authentic yoga experience. Her focus is on creating a safe and welcoming environment for everyone to explore this beautiful practice. While Kate continues to teach regular group classes and private sessions, she is also experienced in working with people affected by cancer... patients, survivors, friends, support people... even medical professionals. She continues to be inspired by the strength and courage of the people she's worked with. When Kate is not on my mat she works as an interior designer. In her spare time Kate enjoys exploring the outdoors, seeking out live music, baseball, traveling and spending time with her friends and family.
