Nikki Fisher CAP, E-RYT, YACEP
Nikki Fisher has dedicated herself to mind-body wellness since 2003. Initially her focus began with education in movement therapy, that included yoga, pilates and strength training. With 20 years of experience teaching yoga, she is a Certified, Experienced Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) and a continuing education provider (YACEP) for Yoga Alliance. Nikki is a Legacy Brand Ambassador for lululemon Athletica and for 3 seasons lead recovery practices for the Milwaukee Bucks. Her passion for holistic wellness lead her to becoming a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner (CAP) and Ayuryoga Therapist in 2012. Nikki is also a member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA). She continued her education in Coimbatore, India in 2013 to deepened her knowledge and experience working with clients, becoming a faculty supervisor at Kanyakumari School for Ayurveda and Yoga. Her passion for teaching, educating and nurturing individuals to become their best selves has become her career mission. Nikki's yoga classes incorporate principles of Ayurveda to dive deeper into one's own personal nature to find inner healing.
Scott Fisher J.D., B.A., E-RYT, YACEP
In 2008 an unexpected ‘appointment with the Universe’ propelled him out of the courtroom and on a quest journeying the World in search of Truth. "It seemed I shed business suits for Thai pants because everywhere I traveled, Yoga was there waiting for me." He's been humbled to learn and study with Shamans in Peru, an Aboriginal Elder in Australia, a Swami in Thailand and too many more to mention. He is equally humbled by the great Yoga teachers he's had in Bali, Thailand and most recently Rishikesh, where he completed my 2nd 200-hour teacher training with Rishikesh YogPeeth. As Yoga is unity of mind, body and spirit, Scott seeks that his classes are similarly syncretic, allowing feathers of wisdom from many ancient teachings. He enjoys teaching an eclectic Hatha class suitable for all. Scott's class is a playground where growth of the physical and spiritual self be encouraged and sought.

Deepen your practice as you explore how structural alignment and breath can create more freedom and stability in the body. This class combines flowing poses, strength-building postures and deep stretching. Leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Appropriate for all levels
This is our specialty! A grounding, releasing class that balances a more active practice and life. Experience deep stretches held for several minutes in seated, supine and prone poses, targeting the connective tissues, facia and ligaments of the spine and lower body. Learn to allow, receive and open into deeper mind body connection and healing. *Props (bolster, blocks, strap and blanket) are recommended for this class.
