Scott Fisher J.D., B.A., E-RYT, YACEP
In 2008 an unexpected ‘appointment with the Universe’ propelled him out of the courtroom and on a quest journeying the World in search of Truth. "It seemed I shed business suits for Thai pants because everywhere I traveled, Yoga was there waiting for me." He's been humbled to learn and study with Shamans in Peru, an Aboriginal Elder in Australia, a Swami in Thailand and too many more to mention. He is equally humbled by the great Yoga teachers he's had in Bali, Thailand and most recently Rishikesh, where he completed my 2nd 200-hour teacher training with Rishikesh YogPeeth. As Yoga is unity of mind, body and spirit, Scott seeks that his classes are similarly syncretic, allowing feathers of wisdom from many ancient teachings. He enjoys teaching an eclectic Hatha class suitable for all. Scott's class is a playground where growth of the physical and spiritual self be encouraged and sought.

Mondays 9:00 - 10:00 am Hatha Yoga with Scott Fisher
Hatha Yoga is calming, yet powerful. This alignment based practice focuses on breath, movement and stillness. In this class, you’ll be guided though traditional yoga poses (asanas) and breathing (pranayama) that combines longer holds and fluid movement. The pace is steady and mindful, making it accessible for beginners while still offering depth for experienced practitioners.
By combining strength, flexibility and breath awareness, your time spent on the mat will help calm the nervous system, increase energy flow and cultivate inner balance. You’ll leave feeling centered, refreshed and in harmony with your whole being.
Wednesdays 5:30 - 6:30 pm Yin Yoga with Nikki Fisher
Yin Yoga is a grounding practice that gently targets the body's deeper layers - the connective tissue, joints and facia - through long, passive holds. Unlike dynamic styles of yoga, Yin invites you to find your breath, lean into the tension and find a place of stillness, allowing the body to soften and the mind to quiet.
In this class seated, prone and supine poses (asanas) are held for several minutes at a time supported with props where needed, to encourage deep release and restoration. The practice improves flexibility, joint health, and energy flow while cultivating patience and presence.
Perfect for all levels. Yin offers a chance to unwind from the busyness of life, find balance within, and reconnect to your body and breath. You’ll create space in body and the
mind.
Saturdays 8:30 - 9:30 am Slow Flow with Nikki and Scott Fisher
Slow Flow Yoga is a mindful, breath-centered practice that blends flowing movement with intentional pauses. Poses (asanas) are linked together at an unhurried pace, giving time to explore alignment, deepen awareness and move with presence.
This classes offers a moving meditation, building strength, flexibility and balance while cultivating space for contemplation. Open to all levels. Come with curiosity to explore the connection between mind, body and spirit.
