“Enthusiasm to love your life” is a statement Shelly holds dearly. As a yoga practitioner and teacher for over 15 years, she has found that yoga offers much to help heal the rift between body and mind. Through her own experience, after a severe car accident that left her with physical injuries and brain trauma, yoga along with meditation became an oasis that helps her with her pain and movement issues. Shelly's style of teaching is considered “Adaptive”. She has worked with clients who are hearing impaired, have loss of limb(s), injured and need rehab, pregnant, and even working with our nations veterans.
Certifications include: Pilates Mat, Pre/Post-Natal Yoga & Exercise Specialist, Visual Yoga and Personal Trainer. Shelly is also available for private and small group training.
